This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how Confra Group Fuels, operated by Lotadmin Software Technology, handles the delivery of products and services purchased through the Confra Group Fuels mobile app.

1. Service Nature

The Confra Group Fuels app primarily facilitates the purchase of fuel and related services through authorized Confra Group outlets. As these services are location-based and time-sensitive, physical product shipment is generally not applicable.

2. Digital Orders & Confirmation

Upon successful payment or booking through the app, users will receive a confirmation message or digital receipt within the app interface or via SMS/email. This serves as proof of the confirmed order or service request.

Users are encouraged to verify their order or service completion at the time of delivery. Once a service or product is marked as delivered, it cannot be disputed unless a verified service error has occurred.

5. Delivery Areas

Confra Group Fuels services are currently available only at selected Confra fuel outlets in India. Expansion to new regions will be announced through official channels or app notifications.

6. Delays or Failures in Delivery

In case of unexpected delays due to technical issues, network errors, or operational challenges at the fuel station, Confra Group will make all reasonable efforts to complete the service promptly or offer an appropriate resolution.
