Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through the Confra Group Fuels mobile app, operated by Lotadmin Software Technology, Kottakkal, Kerala.

1. Service-Based Transactions

The Confra Group Fuels app facilitates digital orders, payments, and service requests related to fuel and related offerings. Since most transactions involve instant or location-based services, cancellations and refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of a booking or service **before** it has been processed or initiated at the respective Confra Fuel Station.
Once the order or fuel delivery is confirmed or initiated, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in cases of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or verified service errors.
All refund requests must include valid proof of transaction (e.g., transaction ID or payment receipt).
Approved refunds will be processed within **7 to 10 business days** through the original mode of payment.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Failed or Pending Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your account but the transaction status remains pending or unsuccessful, please allow up to 48 hours for automatic reversal. If the amount is not refunded within that time, contact our support team with your payment details for assistance.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding a transaction, the decision of Confra Group Fuels and Lotadmin Software Technology will be final and binding after due review.
